This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored and processed, and your legal rights under Indian data protection laws.

2 Information We Collect

A. Personal & Contact Information: Name, mobile telephone number, email address, physical delivery address (house number, street, city, postal code) provided when creating an account or placing a delivery order.

B. Precise Location Data (GPS & Network Location):

Jibli collects precise or approximate location data from your mobile device when the app is running in the foreground or background (if authorized):

Customers: To auto-detect your delivery address and calculate accurate road delivery distances from nearby restaurants or grocery stores.
Delivery Partners (Riders): When the Jibli Partner app is on-duty, we collect background location data to broadcast live delivery status to customers and assign nearby order dispatches.
Merchants: To pin the physical storefront location on Jibli maps for rider routing.

C. Device & Technical Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, unique device tokens (for OneSignal / Firebase push notifications), IP address, and crash log analytics.

D. Order & Transaction History: Items ordered, date/time, total amount, chosen payment method (Cash on Delivery or UPI). We do not store raw debit/credit card numbers on our servers.

3 How We Use Your Information

To process, fulfill, and deliver your food, grocery, and parcel orders to your doorstep.
To enable real-time order tracking and communication between customer, store, and delivery rider.
To send order confirmation receipts, status alerts, and important service updates via Push Notifications (OneSignal/Firebase) and SMS.
To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent orders, misuse of cash-on-delivery, and platform security risks.
To comply with statutory legal and regulatory requirements under Indian law.

4 Data Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial advertising. Information is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis:

With Delivery Partners: Your delivery address, customer name, and contact number are shared with the assigned rider solely for order handover.
With Merchant Stores: The list of ordered food/grocery items and customer first name are shared with the merchant to prepare your order.
With Technical Service Providers: Google Firebase (secure authentication & cloud services), OneSignal (push notifications), and OpenStreetMap / Nominatim (routing services).
With Law Enforcement: If required by a lawful warrant, court order, or governmental investigative agency.

5 Account Deletion & Data Erasure

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and satisfy legal accounting requirements.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion:

You may request the permanent deletion of your Jibli account and associated data at any time by emailing us at rinvotech@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address or phone number.

Upon verification, your profile, addresses, and account credentials will be permanently erased from our active database within 7 working days, retaining only statutory invoice records required by Indian tax laws.

6 Data Security & Protection

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. All data transmitted between your device and Jibli servers is encrypted using 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) encryption. Access to user data is strictly restricted to authorized personnel under confidentiality obligations.

7 Children's Privacy

Our platform is not directed towards children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately.
