1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Jibli, a quick-commerce and hyper-local on-demand delivery platform owned and operated by Rinvo Tech (Owner: Mojammel Nurbab, rinvotech.in) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), having operations in Arambagh, Tarakeswar, Kamarpukur, Khanakul, and surrounding areas in West Bengal, India.

By accessing our website (https://jibli.rinvo.in), using our mobile apps (Jibli Customer, Jibli Biz, Jibli Partner), or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2 Eligibility & Account Security

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal consent of a parent or guardian to place orders on Jibli.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, phone number, and OTPs. Any actions performed using your account are your sole responsibility.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current delivery address and contact information. Jibli shall not be liable for delayed or missed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

3 Services Offered & Scope

Jibli provides a technology platform that connects customers with independent third-party restaurant partners, grocery stores, pharmacies, retail stores, and independent delivery partners ("Riders").

4 Pricing, Delivery Charges & Payments

• Prices: Menu item prices and grocery rates are determined by our partner merchant stores. Prices shown on the platform include applicable taxes.
• Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on real road distance (Haversine formula + winding factor) between the merchant and your delivery point. Base delivery starts at ₹25 for the initial 2 km.
• Payment Modes: We support Cash on Delivery (COD), direct UPI scanning upon delivery, and authorized online payment methods.
• For Cash on Delivery, customers are required to pay the full stated order amount upon receipt. Failure to pay without valid cause may lead to permanent account suspension.

5 Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

• Customer Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled free of charge only before the merchant store accepts and starts preparing the order. Once food preparation has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or expired item, report it within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to rinvotech@gmail.com or our WhatsApp desk.
• Refunds: Approved refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. For COD orders, approved refunds are issued via direct UPI transfer.

6 Jibli Send Parcel Guidelines & Prohibited Goods

When booking Jibli Send courier delivery, you warrant that the parcel does NOT contain any prohibited items:

Jibli and its delivery partners reserve the right to inspect or refuse suspicious parcels and report violations to law enforcement agencies.

7 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Jibli is a technology marketplace. Food quality, preparation hygiene, and grocery shelf life are the direct legal responsibility of the independent merchant stores. In no event shall Rinvo Tech (Owner: Mojammel Nurbab, rinvotech.in) be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.

8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hooghly District or the High Court of Calcutta, West Bengal.
